Robert,
the first ones are the anti rattle the senond pic is the teaser spring. The teaser sprign lets the clutch releas slowly so it doesent jerk, the anti-rattel springs keep the clutch friction disk from ratteling.

Robert - Check the colorful boxes above called the parts look-up for your 128 and look at the exploded parts views to get an idea what these parts all are.

I also recommend hard copy paper operators manuals, service manuals, and parts books for your model tractors. Binder Books (block with the green IH pickup with a CC on the loading ramps) is the supplier of choice for them

Robert B-

FYI, the parts blow-up that was posted shows the teaser (#4) and the spacer (#20) in reverse order. The spacer is like a bell and the teaser spring goes inside this bell and against the pressure plate. The spacer goes between the spring and the throwout bearing. Also, the pins in the drive plate are 3/8" coil roll pins. If you replace them and can get heavy duty pins then it's just a matter of knocking the old ones out and driving the new ones in. I have even driven smaller coiled roll pins in the hole of the 3/8" pins for added strength.

Just my .02 worth....good luck!

hey guys... A guy at work keeps teasing me with this can. I have a spot on my garage shelf that is begging for something this cool.

He got it from his grandfather's barn. They are in fact pics of the same can. It does have the 2 different titles on either side. Man is it super cool.

And to keep this on topic. I'm ready to bolt on my new Gator Blades on the 782 deck tonight and I finally made space in the garage to swap out my cheap broke china crap parts onthe 128 and make him all american again.

I'm newbie to cc .I bought an CC 86 for pulling a cart. The front PTO doesn't disengage. Please give me some idea what's causing this. I've seen the diagram of the PTO but not sure where to start. Thanks Gary

Harry,
This is my second 100, and I also have a extra set of fenders for it!
I drove separate to church Sunday morning so I could leave straight from church to get the 100. I came straight home just in time to go back with my family Sunday night. (the trip was 240 miles round trip) I had to let it roll!

Thanks for all the good information everybody.

Question,
Is this a CC or International scrape blade?
Any/all info would be appreciated.
What's the deal with all the heavy bracing?
