I'm pretty sure that's the correct one for a 149. That's the style that was on the all-original 128 I used to have. You can probably replace the bushing in it and it'll be fine. If you have a large tap, cut threads in the old bushing and thread in a bolt and pull it out. The pulley is keyed to the shaft; you may need a pulley puller to remove it.
