That Travis has to hang his coat with his name facing out so he can find it.

"By the way...The winner of this years BLEEDING SPLEEN goes to...STEVE BLUNIER II.....For his splended rendition of "I got hurt carrying a plow"

Thanks Kurt, I ended up with an Emergency Room visit, 2 shots in my a$$, some strong drugs, 1-1/2 days off work, and a Physical Therapy appointment out of that deal........I've been a "low speed, high drag unit" lately!!!

WOW Steve...I did'nt think you were THAT bad...
Some guys will do anything to get out of doin' dishes.....

Course, all the laughing didn't help matters any...........

I about couldn't move Saturday. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. Right Flipper???

.....was Flipper "kicking up" anything, or was that why Timmy was in trouble????.....

Yup, the laughing was non-stop....but wait until Keith's wife see's the credit card bill!!!!

BTW, it's pronounced "Dirte'"

Thought I picked the wrong weekend for plowday, but looking at the forecast it doesn't look like it would've worked this weekend either. Should've had it on the 5th. I'm half tempted to head to Indiana this weekend!!!

Travis...COME ON DOWN...I've got the dualling banjo's theme piped into the basment just for you......"Alright Already I'll Rub The Lotion On The Skin"

THIS weekend is a washout too???
WOW THATS A SHAME......Karma has a way...

Come on someone must have taken more photos! We need some photos for future, ummm use.

Art, is that 110 with the gold Johnson loader your old tractor, the one you dropped off when I rode with to get that 3 digit Original?

Kraig - The 782 and 1250 seemed to get along just fine all the way home. I don't have any pics of the actual bonding process, since this is a family friendly site! My daughter, son-in-law, and two grandkids drove all the way from Medina, NY to IA to surprise me at Plow Day. Although they (like everyone else) were disappointed that the weather didn't cooperate, my two year old grandson loved it just the same. He promptly claimed the 1250 as his: "The red one is Grandpa's and the white & yellow one is mine!" Sounds like a good plan to me.

All I've done with the 1250 so far is replace a leaking valve core in the left rear tire, cleaned all the caked-on oil/dirt from the hydro pump and rear end, and replaced the top grill casting that was broken and rattling badly. Oh, and I straightened and tightened the IH emblem - it was really buggin' my bride! You can see the pile of oil/dirt underneath in the picture. She still smokes and needs hydro linkage adjustments/repairs, but starts right up and runs pretty decent. Restoration will definitely be a long term project for me, but I have a couple years before grandson will really be ready to take her over. For now she's my utility yard tractor. Thanks again to Charlie for transporting her for me.

Lip, looks like a good grandpa/grandson project! Good to hear it's getting along with your 782.

Lip-
That little grandson of yours at PD sure was cute with his suspenders and all!

Kraig-
Yes, that's the 110.....

Art, that's what I thought. I forget, did you sell the Original you picked up on that trip #696 (aka #969)?
lol.gif

Kraig-
No, I didn't sell it. John Underwood is just temporarily long-term storing it for me....

Thanks, Art. My daughters even enlisted Charlie's help in their "covert suspender acquisition mission." Fortunately for my grandson, he gets his good looks from his other Grandpa!
