Hello again, I finally figured out where all the fuel was leaking out of. Looks like my carburetor went bad and needs a rebuild. So can anyone identify what type of carburetor i have? so I can buy the correct rebuild kit. (See images)

Take it off and look into the intake (air cleaner side).
There should be a part #26 cast into the upper inside surface.
The 127's were equipped with a (Kohler) #KH-47-853-22 carb
You need Carb KIt #KH-25-757-01
Available from many sources, check with CCS up top, I know he would have one.
be sure to check the float when you get it apart to make sure it does indeed float!
If it seems unusually heavy, shake it and listen for gas or hopefully not, water sloshing around inside indicating a leak.
In which case you will have to replace or repair it.
