Is there instructions anywhere on how to accomplish this. I bought Hy-Tran fluid and a new filter but not sure what bolt on the bottom of the transmission is the drain.

Simply refill through the "fill tube"?

Is there a downloadable online service manual anywhere for this tractor IH CC 782?

If I were you, I would also get a rear cover gasket and both axle seals. There is quite possibly a bunch of goo all over the inside of the transaxle. While you are in there, replace the axle seals, because if one goes later, you'd have to drain the Hytran and pull the rear cover again to replace them.

To refill, unscrew the dipstick tube and use a transfer pump of some sort to get you most of the way there, and then top off to full line on the dipstick. Pouring it in through the dipstick tube with a funnel takes forever, and you have to keep burping the rearend.
