Well Kentuck guess what they are doing today? Taking the flange apart so they can get a tighter fit with the new capture cap ! DUH !

Well, well. They took the flange apart and put a valve on it and shut it down! Thats what Kentuck (and others) said to do a month ago. Why are those people so dense ?? Did BP have some odd reason for wanting to flood the Gulf with oil ??
