Hey quick question regarding the pulleys? As you can see in the video one of the pulleys I have to spin by hand. I imagine this is not normal. Do I have to replace the pulley? Any advice on this problem would be greatly appreciated. The other pulley on the other side spins very freely.

Digger is 100% correct.
I'd replace them while you are at it.
You may get a few more hours out of it, give it a good soak in some WD or penetrant, but it will probably self-destruct soon and take the belt with it.
This is yet another reason why this equipment doesn't like being left out in the elements.

I been trying to figure out where a fuel leak has been coming from. I finally figured it out, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

Why is there fuel leaking out of the two tiny holes that the two blue arrows are pointing too? Any advice on what to do would be appreciated.

Hey good people of this form. I did some work to the fuel system. I tightened the elbow and installed a new fuel line. After that I started it up and it ran great, no leaks to report. But as I was running it for first time in two or three months. I noticed some thin white smoke coming out of somewhere. I shut it down and smoke came out a little thicker allowing me to trace the source of the smoke. It was coming out from where the shaft goes from the engine to the hydrostatic transmission. (See image) so my question is what would cause white smoke to come out of here?

Did it smell electrical? The Stator is back there. Is the battery charging?

The charging system is working because when I put a multimeter to battery terminals it read 14.92 volts. I didn't really pay attention to the smell so I can't tell you weather it smelled electrical or not.
