Boys, Auction people said,"If we find the Undercarriage somewhere...it's yours". They found it. There ARE nice people in this World folks, so let's pass it on. TOMCAT never spent a night outside said the family, and it probably never will. Owner, Bud Radunz was helluva CAT mechanic. He passed away last month. Locomotiveman Tom

Since it seems to be picture day I got the pics from Steve Johnson down in Oregon. He posted messages below back on Thur asking what these are called and asked for other info. (I'll post his pics in a separate message after this).

Steve, so you know these are identified in the industry as Garden Tractors and the 4 you have are all International Cub Cadets made by IH. You have two model 149's and one model 129 (you'll see these numbers on the sides of the dash) These are what we call "wide frame" units since the front of the frame is spread out where the engine sits. IH went to the "wide frame" in late 1972 so the bigger Kohler engine would fit. All 3 of these have a "Hydrostatic" drive. The 149's have a 14hp Kohler engine and the 129 has a 12hp Kohler engine (at least they should if your tractors still have the original engines).

You also have a Model 123 (numbers are on the side of the hood). This was the first Hydrostatic model IH made. If my memory is correct I believe it was introduced in late 1965. This is a "narrow frame" unit which you can tell by looking at the frame from the engine area back to the rear wheels and see the frame is the same width front to back.

I'm also posting the pics of the 3 mower decks in your pics and the rototiller. You mention a couple wagons - what we call carts, but I don't see them in the pics.

I can't really speak to the value of your units since it really depends on condition, if they run and operate correctly, what repairs they need, what options they are equiped with, etc. In your pics the tractors don't look to bad, just like they have been sitting quite awhile - and they have those terrible JD seats which we really can't mention on this Forum.

If you can provide all of us more details on these units we can probably give you a better idea of their values (but we have to follow the rules posted here as well).

Here are Steve Johnson's two 149's, 129 and 123 and his decks and rototiller.

Funny, no cub time today because I am going to visit a Steve Johnson about insurance, gotta make sure the cubs are covered

Jeff B.
A tip for ya.
Call them working tractors.
They will try and tell you that they are a collection since you have more than one.
List what each does and it's purpose or they will not be covered.
That's the only fight I had with State Farm, but I did win out, LOL
