and you all thought I was silly getting ready for snow lol

Brendan, I'm right there with ya!! My wife told me to put the plow on last night! HOORAY!!!!

I took the 104 out for it's first drive in a very long time, at least 10 years! It was awesome!! I put the new brake pucks in yesterday around noon, no fun! I had to stop around 3 to pick up my daughter from school, and after hooking everything up and mostly adjusted by 6, I was out for a drive around the block! I'm still waiting for decals to show up here, but thats no biggie!

The hub discussion has been informative. I'm planning to use 5x4.5" hubs. My company has a distributorship for Redneck Trailer supplies so I can get a pretty good deal on parts. Prior to reading Wyatt's comments I hadn't realized that the bearing I.D. might not be 1" on the inner and outer. Looking at a crude drawing of the spindle normally used for my hubs of choice, the largest diameter at the base is 1-1/4"--which appears to be a seal ID--and both bearings appear to be 1" ID. It doesn't show bearing spacing, so I don't know if the hub will have to be shortened as Wyatt's did. I need to get these hubs in my hands to know for sure. I'll order tomorrow and have answers next week.

Brendan B and Scott S, I am kinda waitng for snow but not the other sh*t that comes with it. Here are some winter warming pictures for everyone. I finally got to put my IH windbreaker cab on my 147. the closest we have gotten to snow so far is flurries the melt when they hit the ground.

I got the windbreaker off of Epay and I was sent in a box without installing instructions. But... i managed to piece it together

Ryan, I talked to a place that had the C3 number on the shelf and measured the pulley for me it's a 4 1/2 top pulley and a 5 inch bottom pulley. They didn't have a C1. I didn't get to the house today, just didn't work out. Did manage to measure a cast end deck today with a 6 1/2 inch bottom pulley. that got me wondering. try it again tomorrow.

I got the plow on the 106 this afternoon. I decided that there is no easy way to put it on! The Missus said I'm nut's till I told her I still have the 123 set up for mowing, and that made it all the better!

Scott S, you are not a loner in that sitation. As you saw in the picture, i still have the deck on my 124. Just playing it safe for either scenario

I hear ya Josh, my lawn does need another cutting and to blow some leaves around! I'm going to pretty much scalp it this time, especially with the frost at night, it will kill off some of the weeds and then I will seed the snot out of it so they dont have any room to grow next spring!

Scott, I cut cut ours again, but Im not pushing too hard. we have been getting frost also. Nite all Seee yaaa tomorow.
