Special Permits are handed out ONLY to rescue organizations and or persons in that field.

There have been a total of 15 given to private individuals over the years at a cost of $1000.00 per instance, and are good for a one time occurrence.

I do know the state and federal laws regarding such things, since we deal in that sort of thing ya know.

BTW,
A raven came by this morning and snatched the owl.
It was funny to watch him hop up and down around it before he finally settled in and picked the little guy clean.
