International Harvester IH Cub Cadet rear end housing or transmission "CASE" part# IH-394081-R91

Parts Look up shows same part# for both the 149 & 1250

149 Rear Looks like This:

1250 Rear Looks like This:

Upper Left corner of housing or casting about 10 o-clock position has an "Extrusion" on the 1250 Rear that is not Present on the 149 Rear?

I wonder if the Later Design Model 1250 w/ the extrusion would be considered any "Stronger" possibly, or if there was Any Specific Reason or Purpose for the Design Change?

Sorry to hear about Don T.

Jason,

If you have charge pressure at 100/200# and lift pressure at 400# your hydro is getting oil.

Your issue is very likely in the linkage......go over it with a fine tooth comb.....make sure it is all functioning and has full travel.

Double check trunion springs and neutral adjustment (slotted holes in bracket on left side of hydro)

Woah... No more Don T? It is a very sad day for IHcubcadet... RIP Don, hope your cubbing up there with with the best of them.

Prayers for the family.

It is truly a sad day. Don and his posts, are and will be missed. I wish all the best to his family.

I am saddened to read of the loss of Donald Tanner. I very much enjoyed his posts. He was an integrigal part of this community.

From Frank's photo, it appears as if Don chose his dogs quite well, too. I know they will miss him, and I offer my prayers to his wife and family.

Dang.... that's terrible news.

Never met Don T., but I did like reading his posts. It's kinda like losing a "cyber brother". RIP
