Earl F.

I did notice I filled to drain hole with Tractor Tilted Slightly Forward. I put Ultraction in then put tires on and noticed cribbing had rear tires about an inch or two off the ground. Maybe just slightly overfilled if anything.

My thoughts exactly on linkage. It was like taking apart and reassembling exact same parts, then all the sudden adjustment's are required

LoL

The Neutral adjust did give me the Slight Forward I have now, it was Reverse Only after Reassemble.

I might Take take a FRESH look at the linkage and linkage adjustments 2Moro.

Thanks!

Kraig,
Air in the pump would or MAYBE could possibly be best case scenario at this point, Wouldn't that be great to crack relief's at low idle, bleed air then back to Business!!!!!

I don't Know fella's it's all Very New to Me!!!! I do Know one thing though! I'll get it sorted that's for sure!

Jason, what filter did you put on that? Was it an actual hydro filter or just an oil filter that fit? Reason I ask is engine oil filters have an anti-drain back check valve that could maybe, perhaps, possibly mess with the operation.

Well I feel foolish now. "Check cubfaq first"
I'll have to measure the pulley this week when I get it back. I thought the half inch wide was at least right. As we say at work "that's your problem right there, stop thinking!"
Thanks Charlie!

The old belt broke, like I figured due to cracking, and I looked up a new belt at local store, saw 3/8x79 and thought
'I swear its 1/2" wide'
Bought 1/2x79 dad put it on but said he wasn't sure. I looked at it, seemed fine and new one broke after 12hrs or so of mowing. I new 5/8 were 82 series and my mind took off on a ride, visited Oregon, new Mexico, Vermont, and swung through Michigan before settling on 1/2 wide. Maybe Antarctica too, I got an ice cream cone too that day. So, now I will follow the previous'no thinking' policy. You put that cubfaq together for a reason!!
Again, thanks Charlie!
David S. That paint looks great for the 126 and original! Can't wait for finished pics

Oh, and Jason, I have a problem getting hydro rear covers to stop leaking right away after taking off. So I feel you on the issue at hand with the 149. Mines got a slight drip still on the 1450, dime size spot after sitting a week, plastic pan solves that

Speaking of decks,

My 149 deck has this tag:

305902.jpg

Maybe I'm a little delirious from all nighter on Rear/Pump swap but I'm only finding the 44A "Model" that matches my deck?

305903.jpg

Would my deck be considered the 44A as far as ordering parts and such?
