That 54" blade is safe in my shed . The 129 loader and the 100 and 62 Original and the 149 would have to be moved before you would have room enuf to get it out lol. It is on a shelf in here.

Look on the shelf above the 100 . there is a rim next to it.

And you do know I have the power angle kit for it also. Later Don T

Donald - it's actually the shaft that runs between the frame rails that the brake/clutch pedal is part of.

I would be running the 54" blade for snow only and it would be on put on the 169.

Don is way too far away for me to try to get him to part with it but I will be looking closer to home.

That blade came from a 1862 a friend has . I find the blade is the same height as a 42" and I wish it was higher . I think habanna made a taller bade and that would be great for snow duty. I bet Aaron would wip you up one if you ask. He does first rate at what ever he makes. I got a cat O set up from him for my 1512 and I do like it. It is well built and stronger that I thought it would be. I have plans to get the blade attached to my 1512 or my 149 for next winter . I really could have used the 450 snow blower here this last storm. The snow was real light and I bet the 450 would have made a meal of the snow.

Can any of the 169 guys post a picture of the hour meter or send a pic to me? Thanks!

If I stand under ,I would say the wear is where the shaft is into the frame. I would weld it up and round it off with file. I will have to look at my 147 to see if it has much wear in that area. The brake on my 147 is so rarely used ; on a hydro I`am surprised it would have much wear.

Tom the hour meter on the 169 is the same as QL meters

169 on left and QL on right

I thought the side mount hour meter on the 169 was a digital Hobbs meter or was the on the prototype Originals???
