But I really like the snow blade on the 129

My 982 started surging do to lean mixture. It runs ok if fuel tank is above carb so I'm guessing weak fuel pump. Any rebuild kits avalible. Thanks Todd

THOSE WERE THE DAYS!

Don T - If I lived closer, I'd take you up on that offer! Of course, looking at your photos of green grass and open water, I'd have no need for a working snow thrower if I lived out your way! Thanks anyway.

I am new to your forum. I have a Cub Cadet 1250 and would like to get a snow blower for it. I live in Sault Ste. Marie Michigan, where snow is usually measured in feet.

Not sure if a plow would work. I am having a hard time locating a snow blower. Can another brand of blower fit? Any suggestions?

Thanks

DEAN - Welcome to the best CC forum on the internet.
If you go back a page to the main forum index there's a section called Classified ads, look over the for sale section and post a wanted to buy ad in the wanted to buy section. I'd suggest you look for a QA-42A model blower, it's wide enough to clear a path wider than your wheel tracks and should quick-attach right to your 1250. With rear tire chains and 150-200# added rear weight you would have a real good snow moving machine.

Just brought home a 71 today. Supposedly been rebuilt and has had recent clutch work! Been sitting around for a couple years, has a cast iron 38 inch deck, but other than that its pretty plain jane. Really good shape for what I paid for it! And only 30 miles away from school!
Cant wait to get it running and use, makes number 13.
