Hi guys
I recently bought a plow for my 149, from what I can tell from previous post the lifting rod is 28 long. Does anyone have any fabrication ideas? Any input would be great.

Ed the push blade lift rod length is about 28
3/4 inchs

morning ed, here's what i made up for my 109 a few years ago. 1/2 inch threaded rod with clevis rod ends from macmaster carr(pn 1583K61). no problems but i may slip a piece of pipe over it as it looks like i have a slight tweek on one end but it still works fine.

Can 26x12-12 tires be used in place of 23x10.5-12?

Yes they can, but depending on what style/brand tire, you'll have to add spacers to raise the fenders up an inch or so.

Hi I am thinking about putting a loader on a 1450 cub only thing I am concerned about is the front spindles they do not look very strong isthere a way to beef them up don't realy want to put the other style on it would raise thefront end to much any thoughts thanks

What makes you think it they will raise it to much?

There are other reinforcement modifications that can be done to the stock spindles. The stock bearings are generally the weakest link.
