Charlie,

What's the story on the bear? I bought a couple of the Cadets from Paul. I don't remember hearing about the Bears before. Rmember this could be CRS too but please enlighten us. Were they the same deal as the Cadets, just a different ocasion?

John

I think it's more like "Was that a 15 degree or 25 degree limit on a slope??"

I found out something about gear boxes for snow blower today. If it was ment for grease it doesnt have the right seals for oil.
just full of usefull information today and the blow-up in the parts section for a QA42 shows the belt tightener for the QA42A.
I think the guy on the 147 made it to the top of that hill and realized to late the pool was being rented out by the local retirement home.

I have found that if you let the air out of your tires and then install them over turfs(more surface area for traction) and when you get them tight then add the air. A chain over a flat surface with the proper air will give great traction . Works for me . later Don T
( missed that, question untill i get chains) I don`t think it matters much what kind of tire you run. Pushing snow with a blade Chains are a must for me with all the wet haevy snow

Charlie,

Thanks for the kick in the pant's. I've been there many times but didn't remember the part about the Bears. Maybe you should change the title it only says Cadets.

Frankly, I couldn't remember where the info about the Cadets was either. Oh well. It's hell to get older.

John

thanks don but i dont have chains for the 128 yet so untill i do what do you think under over or correct inflation?????

Well good news today and tomorrow.
The weather man is predicting 7-11 inches of snow.
I finally get to throw some snow.
