I would like to find an original section of the parts counter and parts bins from an old IH dealership to display in my office area. I have a set of the wooden signs that hung above the parts counter. I am located in central Indiana. Thanks for any information.

Kyle,
Did you check with JP? If he has one I can probably bring it back from Cub-Arama the end of September.

Looking for a restored 147. I would love to restore another tractor myself, but just no time. Must have a rebuilt engine (perhaps slightly modified for more power) and have a nice paint job, not just sprayed with a rattle can. Could have some minor issues, but I would rather have one with as few problems as possible and be ready to use. I prefer either electric or hydraulic lift, but open to manual lift. I am in Indiana, but willing to travel at least a little bit. I am a SERIOUS buyer, but I am going to be a little picky because I know exactly what I want and I have been looking for a long time. I could also be interested in a restored 169, but I know my chances on finding one of those is slim. Call me and let me know what you have! Calling is best, I rarely have time for the internet or texts. Call (260)615-5655. Thanks!

looking for an excellent used grille housing part # 1 in the picture for an 82 series. No scraps, dents, broken tabs.

Please email me.

Thanks.

The lawn is finally growing again and I need a new (old) oil pan for my 1250 Quietline CC. I bought it just before the drought, used it once, and recently finally tried changing the oil. Previous owner must have over-torqued the oil drain plug as it was being held into the aluminum pan only via hi-temp RTV, and I would like something a bit more dependable. Engine is the original K301AQS. Please call direct at (845) 820-1573 or email me at [email protected]

Thanks,

Carl

Carl-

Helicoil repair is what you probably need here. It isn't THAT expensive and is permanent.

Wayne,

Thanks, but I really want a replacement pan. I failed to mention that the previous owner had a twice oversize self tapping plug installed which really made a mess and oversized the hole quite a bit. According to my trusty dial calipers, its now only a few thou off 3/4". I considered buying a 3/4-16 tap and plug to retap it larger, but considering the money and effort involved, fixing it with a new/old pan is more appealing.

Does anybody have one they would part with, or should I head over to ebay?

Thanks,

Carl

I plan on going to Steve B.'s plow day this fall and was wondering if anyone had an 8" Brinly plow (old style) that they would sell and be there that day.

Carl,
Before you take the risk on EPay I would advise you to ask our sponsors as many of them have the pans in stock. That way you will know it will be good plus you will show suppport for those that keep the site running.

Looking for a 682 roller with decent sheet metal close to Richmond, VA.

It's time to get a grille for JackieO. She's a 125 but not fussy about correctness so any grill that fits her will do. I have the springs.
