Need a little help. Working on Scott's 1450. We took it apart a year ago and CRS has set in. Does anyone have a pictire of the choke , throttle cable hook up. Got them trough the fire wall and to the bracket. Not sure what parts I'm missing. Checked the archives but nothing turned up.

Thanks John

Here ya go John, I hope this helps

Kraig,

Thanks for your help. I'll give it a try tonight after the kiddies go to bed. I'll likely take some pictures of it and throw them up in the classifieds since I have no use for the mower on my tiny yard. So, keep an eye out for that.

Its been fun to look at all the projects on here.

I'd love to keept he mower but another hobby or thing to spend money on is not what I need.

Thanks again.

Richard, that 129 looks really good. The neighbor down the street had a beat up one for sale. Wanted to think it over for a day and of course someone snagged it. They are a nice tractor.

What's wrong with this picture?

I saw this listed on Craigslist for $900 as a 1963 Cub Cadet, missing an engine and hood. In the body of the message the seller indicated best "reasonable" offer though.

Here's one for the experts. I bought a 682 last week. This hasn't been run for 3 years. when I drained the oil old gas came out. Filled it with new oil and got it running today for about an hour.No smoke or knocks. Then it started to sputter then died. checked the points and the plunger does not move. Any comments? Looks like it time to make it a parts tractor.
Thanks, Lew

Bruce N,
The first thing is that $900 is waaaayyy to high of a price. 2nd thing is that it it isn't a '63.

Richard T, again nice job on that 129, does she still look that good?

Richard C, the all time best LGT's all came from

Sorry Kraig, they were not all 125's

Had some decent seat time on the 128 this afternoon/evening. Pulled some project tractors out to cut some weeds, then my neighbor walked over...After some small talk, he asked "just what can ya tow with that"? So the bet was made for one "cold beverage". The to be towed was my 1984 Ferd F-150, bed loaded with all kinda crap...Afterwards, I told my neighbor you can keep my beverage. Not my brand anyway

Hey Bruce,
I saw that one on CL too. Thought that maybe the poster added an extra 0. Might be worth $90 since it has a 3-point. Looking at the grill, it looks like that 102 that you just got.

Thanks for the comments on the 129 refurb. that I did last year. Todd,,, it's a worker so it doesn't look like it did but still nice. It does sport a new seat now from C.C.S.

Hello guys, I`am looking for the right head for my 125 as i have only the tin here for the plug in the center of the head and not by the exhaust valve. I hope someone can post a shot of the 2 head bolts that are different on the 125 to hold on the heat shield. Are they bolts with studs to hold the heat shield? could some on post a shot of them. thanks Don T

The hydraulic lift on my 149 will not hold the mower deck up for more than about 30 seconds. Can I fix this with some new O rings in the control valve, or is this in the cylinder? Thanks!!

I have a 127 that's reads 14.9 volts measured at the battery when it's running at full throttle. Is this thing overcharging, or is that acceptable?

Matt G. Your charging too high. I think the top limit was 13.5 volts. Your gonna boil the water out of your battery. Some of the other 'electrical' guys will add on later, but your voltage regulator needs to be checked.

Kraig napping today?
