Wayne S,

Does that drive shaft end go into the Hydro or the engine coupler? I think there should be two rag joints on the hydro end and one on the engine end. You need to have a bearing in the mating coupler ends for the shaft end to slide into. This keeps the shaft properly aligned and prevents tearing up things if the rag joints shred/fail.

Don,

My only caution with those ramps is to make sure they are secured to the trailer...too often the tractor will spin a wheel and kick one out resulting in a roll over. I prefer the style that use a rail and angle iron to securley hook them to the trailer.

I do like the down legs in the back to keep the trailer from rearing up.

Thanks to all that helped today. I got the driveshaft back in and the return spring installed (what a b***h!). I should have this one back together by tomorrow evening.

Kraig, I think you raised a good point about that rockshaft lever/arm. It looks nothing like the one in the 1450 you posted. I actually had my 1250 out today with the tunnel cover off but didn't think to look and compare. Next time...

David R:
There are at least 5 possible decks for the 123.. Have you tried the parts lookup at the top of the page?? Click on that, enter your model number and when the panel for selection opens up choose "123".. You'll see a selection for an illustrated parts catalog open up, select "Attachments" from that and browse the various available decks..

I know all about ramps falling and getting dumped on my back while unloading an atv. I landed on my back holding the atv from crushing me. A 500 4x4 Suzuki, not the lightest machine to hold up. BTDT
The back legs I added for two reasons really,I bent the frame on my other trailer loading my 129 loader and the legs let me load now with out connecting it to the truck. The trailer has 2500 lbs axles and springs and is built from 3.5" channel iron. Its not a light duty trailer. I will soon have my tailgate put back on so I won`t need ramps .

10-4 Don, I hear ya....

I just always throw out that caution, because many people think that the nice AL ramps are all they need......yet when they slip because they are not secure, they are not any better than a 2x12. At least with a trailer it's a short drop....

I'm looking to get a cat 0 hitch for my 129 and I found 3 maybe 4 different ones and wanted to know if anyone has any comments good or bad on these brands.

CC Specialties has one

xtreme motorworks makes one I think its the same as the one at CC Specialties

Ruegg MFG makes one for SGT but thinks he should be able to make one for my 129

Carter & Gruenewald makes one.

so these are my choices any comments would be appreciated

Finaly got my 128 with the 10hp transplant started of course the last thing I checked which was the points, cleaned them up and it popped right off.
