    Geez didnt mean to offend anyone and stir up a hornets nest. Guess I will stop asking questions.. But I am by no means unable to study manuals. Shoot I have been flying commercial airliners for 25 years. Sorry if I offended anyone but I shall move on. Thanks to all that helped.

    Got Forward got reverse woo hoo it was the valve plates being in the wrong position woohoo. Also fill the reservior up to top of suction tube before putting hydro back on. I missed that before in the manual and it say important. Thanks Guys

    Guys I beleive I found the problem with my 1250. Hydro. Plates were in backwards. Pump plate was on motor housing and motor plate was on pump housing. Heres some video to help others. wish I could post a video directly in post. Thanks Ill let you know how I make out this afternoon...

    Could it be the trunion pin inside the pump thats broke and you cant see it and the shaft will still turn. Thanks just troubleshooting.

    Marlin I think I will dissasemble the pump tommorrow just to be sure its all correct. I cant be 100% sure so I will check. As far as the check valves the buttons are up. When its running and I push the buttons down they pop right back up. I will let you guys know how I make out tommorrow. Thanks...

    Thanks guys I think its going to come down to taking it apart to make sure somethings not backwards. I will wait a bit though to see if Wayne figures his out. He as well has a 1250. I have a spare pump and tranny but the pump is ported and the one on the 1250 isnt. I will keep you posted.

    Hi Don I checked the reservior and fluid is only about 1" from top of cover. When I primed pump I would put fluid it until it came out then would turn shaft till the level went down. I continued the process for about 15 minutes. Thanks Don
