    Keith ,the springs are 1 1/8 dia 5" long and the wire size is .130ths , when you find them let me know where you found them. Lost one and cant find the spring i lost .

    kraig, put a new kit in the 147 had it off 3 times . talked to the dealer mech that worked on the clutches for years could see any thing wrong.Got to looking at the clutch and it was a brake clutch without the brake. Ordered the other kit with flat springs put it together . Still would not...

    Don T, my 54" blade when i angle to 45* the blade is 2" off the ground , but when i put it down i is level with the ground .I have power angle if that changes any thing.

    Scott s - bet the front v frame is bent . my son forgot to turn the lock pin and bent it bad. If you take it off the frame and set on level bench ,you will see its bent. A lot of heat and press came out not to bad good luck. Or ship it to me and i will get it straight .Work in tool and die shop...

    Don the cylinder is 1 3/4" in dia the length is 13" and the stroke is 7or 8" . Have my blade on the 1450 that 54" blade takes power. You wil love it when you get the power angle done. Never will halft to get off the seat again.

    Happy new year from south dakota heat wave today time to work on the cubs. going to put the new parts in the electric lift on the 147. 25* out today thanks to every one for the help this year.

    dean i have ih windbreaker metal frame and vinyl doors . With a snowthrower it is great you can blow with our gloves off , if above 0* . there has been picks of home made cabs, you could look in the search . cabs and blower are great.

    frank that is the shear pin dont shear one to often but i have . re building the clutch so might shear one more often when i get that done. We have 3inches on the ground so the blade and the 1450 will halft to do . the power angle blade is the way to go.

    kent the first thing i would look at is the tank to see if something is like rust . If that not it then the next would be to the carb kit.

    Back when i bought my 106 new it was 1200.00 with the mower. traded in a orignal 400.00 trade in still have the 106, wish i had the original back. that had a snowthrower with it to.

    keith my first tractor was a cc and i had a weight box on it for years weighted 300# or better and never hurt it. Traided it for the 106 that i still have wish i had it back now.

    dean I have a cw 36 on a 147 it works good, even made the blower quick tatch.

    what is the right timing for a301 A in a 125 . the primary marks where lined up did not run well . there is no balance gears, is it the secondary mark or 5 teeth off the timing mark .
