I thought there was a link on here for 100 Cubs for the wiring harness?
Seems I have a broken wire on back of my push button starter? Need to figure out where it is supposed to be going as it ain't all there?

That grey wire from switch to amp gauge is not there on mine, it goes from positive battery terminal to regulator. That would be the broken wire!!!
Guess PO took the short cut?
Wonder what else I will find?

That is what I want, thanks Digger.

Is there a way to test regulator to make sure it is good?
Need to build new harness, in rough shape.
I now remember what I hate about narrow frames!! Big hands do not do well with them.
Use a multimeter to measure the voltage at the battery with the engine off, then start the engine and rev it to high RPM, checking that the voltage falls within the normal range of 13-15 volts; if the voltage is higher than 15 volts, the voltage regulator is likely faulty and needs replacing.

Anything special about the push/pull light switches? I blew mine up lifting dash tower off. Didn't realize the throttle cable was jammed under it. Duh!

Nothing special about the switch. The end you show goes to the push button switch. Study the wiring diagram a little more and it will make sense. Your hands do not look that bigly...

I ended up finding enough 14ga leftover wire from wife's campervan build last winter. Some nice tinned copper wire. Had 6ga as well, so that worked out ok so far. Big job for sure to make it neat and tidy. Have some of that mesh wire wrap coming from Amazon this week to keep stuff in place.

Best place to get these sockets for rear light....Napa? I am guessing bulb should be a single filament vs double? More than likely the cause of my melted lense?

Just curious what others have used for connectors here. As it stands now, requires the fork type, but something like the blue right angle would make it look neater. Problem is the blue is for typical spade, if screw and retainer tab is removed, it isn't the size of typical spade.
Maybe getting too picky, but just trying to make the wiring look as neat as possible.

Anyone been successful in making these clips to hold the lense on?
