1964 IH Cub Cadet 70 Lawn Tractor for sale (serial no. 87153) Tractor is complete but hasn't run in years. Has been stored in my Dad's shed most of the last 30 years. Mower deck and snow blade included. Located in NE Ohio. Asking $350

You are not asking enough.
At that price you are selling the fenders, deck and blade and GIVING away the tractor!!
Thanks for checking in and the info. I honestly had no idea where to start on price, as you can see. It's been awhile since I've done anything like this. And I didn't want to "scare off" any potential buyers. I will definitely keep this in mind for future reference.
