Need help on 1606 Decal Set

A buddy is refurb'g a 1606 out here in my shop. Having a hard time finding a decal set for it. Looked around on google and have seen two different styles of decals for a 1606. One style is similar to the 1806 with top black stripe and the other style is like what was on it, similar to the yellow/white 582 with the blue stripe on top with silver letters.

1- can anybody tell me if there was a serial number break on the decal style?

2- Who can point me in the direction for a decal set?

David, Maybe a phone call there might help, it's not listed on thier website. Still trying to figure out why they had two different styles of decals for the 1606.
