Model 450 blower on a Super Garden Tractor

Just wondering if a 450 2 stage blower would fit on a SGT. Thanks

There was some talk a while back about the drives being located in the wrong place for matting up old and new blowers/tractors, I don't remember what models they were talking about though.

Your question is a bit vague. Could you narrow it down to which model of SGT you are thinking about..??

The 450 will fit on any super garden tractor as long as you use the extension brackets. If the tractor is an older one the 450 will have the right gear box. If the tractor is a later one you will need to change the gears in the gear box, or the clutch on the tractor to make it work. I have switch tractors on blowers around many times.

The tractor in question is a 2082 on sale at ebay. Seller states it is a mid 90's tractor. Ron, have you ever used a 450 blower on a 1450 series tractor?

The 190-450 "may" work on that model, depending on the serial number. See attachment.
