I just wish we'd get a little rain today. It's plenty dry here (even though the JD guys said there's no way it would work because it'd be too wet this time of year)

Charlie,
This is my 1st post. With lotsa help from Bryan McMeen I am now a proud member.

1st plow day also.

What door prizes are there? Other than the Brinly plow. Do the guys who attend bring someone? If so, what?

Thank you,
Vince

Vince, you bring as many people as you want!! Most of the door prizes show up the day of the event.

Vince T,
There will be everything from plows, IH knives, hats, gloves and what ever someone decides to throw in the pile, that's what makes it interesting, not knowing until the day arrives as some bring items the day fo the event.
Do the guys who attend bring someone? If so, what?
I'm sure guys will bring someone, but I ain't gettin into what they are called, LOL

My first post and I mess it up! I meant do the guys that come bring something? Not someone... My someone, my wife, is definitely not coming to Iowa. But I am bringing someone, my 13 year son, hopefully he will let me plow... Or I may have to buy my own Cub!

Thank you,
Vince

Vince,
Feel free to bring anything you want for a door prize, the more we have the more chances of everyone winning something.

Het Travis...How early is O.K. Friday...I've gotta drop atractor or two and head down to Pat Irlbeck's and pick one up since I can't seem to find it a ride...Let me know....KURT

Damn, I knew I was forgetting something :-(

You can drop some off at the plowday site as early as you like. It's in the pasture behind my house.

Dee says you'd forget yer a$$ if it wasn't attached! LOL

Have engine oil to change, hydro oil to add, a tire valve stem to replace, weights to add, and I'll be all ready to go. Won't be there Friday night, but I'll be there fresh & early on Saturday!

Plan on taking either 1/2 or all friday off to do some last second things to the cubs before pd ... Won't be able to go Friday night either but will be over there bright and early on saturday { for a great day in the dirt}

Glad to see you guys excited about plow day. There's hardly any discussion about it on the WFM site. I'll be heading up there with my diesel Deere as soon as my son gets off school tomorrow. Should get to the Super 8 in Charles City about 10pm. Wish I could get there for the night plow,(assuming you would let a Deere participate) that sounds like fun!!

Hope to meet some of you guys Saturday!
