"Help! Help! I'm being repressed!"

I would like to get more information on this event.

Is there going to be a flea market?
Are people allowed or encouraged to sell things off their trailers?
Is there a tractor lineup for people to browse the fine rigs like a mini show or is it only plowing?
Are there any other endurance tests for the Cubs? Like loader dirt moving, loader rock lifting, tractor pulling, disking, ripping?
I enjoy going to antique tractor shows is this similar to one of those?
Is everyone required to wear a name tag.
err.gif

Is there something for the wife to do or will be bored out of her mind.

Thank you for your input.

This answer gots me scratch'in my head.

What is not at plow day, that is at an antique tractor show? Besides everything not cub related.

BTW,
I don't think I am going to tell my wife she is going to be a grunt.

Terry B. -

Then don't go. Geezy pete's, is it that freakin' hard to figure out?

We've got pictures, videos and a dang website that show what goes on at a plow day. That's not enough? Ya gotta play 20 questions?

How 'bout this - there's a chance you could win a FREE MANUAL during the door prize giveaway.

Easy there big fella,
More like a half a dozen or so questions.
The only pictures I've seen are plowing pictures.
My questions were not covered on http://plowday.net/
I think the plow day marketing is missing detail beyond this:

8:00 AM Unloading/Check-in & Registration begins.
9:00 AM Field open for plowing (registered operators).
11:00 AM Main Event - All tractors plow together
12:00 PM Lunch / Open Plowing
1:00 PM Door Prizes at registration table
1:30 PM Group photos immediately following door prizes
2:00 PM Open Plowing
3:00 PM Field closed for plowing / Loading

Just trying to get a "feel" for whats going on.

Terry -

It's worth the trip even if you don't plow!

It's a lot of fun.

TRUST ME... You'll see things that'll blow your Cub loving mind!!!

I just watched the videos, wow you guys certainly got better at plowing a straight line since those were shot!

The one video with the southbound end of a northbound JD in it (

) the plow line curves like a snake!

I guess now is a good time to post this. I'm doing a lot more advertising locally so the vendors will be able to peddle their parts. Soooooo, if you got stuff to sell, LOAD IT UP!!!

We're still planning on doing the night plowing thing on Fri night. I was planning on having a small get together at the campgrounds Fri eve, then plowing afterwards. This is the only place I'm advertising this as I don't want to double the population of Rockford Fri night in the campgrounds :)

Please email me if you're planning on Fri night so I can get some kind of idea how many will be there. I'd like to keep the consumption of refreshments to the time AFTER we plow.

Terry, if you come to one of these, you'll be smiling for weeks, trust me. There's more iron that gets swapped at these things than Charlie has brain cells ;-)

LMAO! Oh that's rich!

But you could apply that to me as well, so I'll shut up now.

Kurt,
I'm hoping to make it. I have a few things to juggle around before that can happen, but I think I'll be there.
