starter up and see if it moves, the valves may pop up once the engine is running.
 
Valves did not pop up. Cleaned area. Soaked with wd used all my krenoil.

You prolly have to split the tractor remove valves and see if you can get nipples up again.
Cleaning the valves before removal, the taking them out, then get some oil in the ripple area, and work them till them pop up when pushed down with your finger.

Thank you had my grandson help me tidy up and give me more room. Might be able to get 4th cub down the road, my wife wouldn't even notice it.
 
Got the new valves last evening going to put them in this morning.
