Valves did not pop up. Cleaned area. Soaked with wd used all my krenoil.

You prolly have to split the tractor remove valves and see if you can get nipples up again.
Cleaning the valves before removal, the taking them out, then get some oil in the ripple area, and work them till them pop up when pushed down with your finger.

Getting new valves Friday. Getting tired of pushing this 105 around.

Take 'em out and send them to MachTec
