Rinse meat Good cold water and pat real good with paper towels.
Brown meat with extra virgin olive oil
add 1/4 spoon salt pepper and 2 table spoon vinegar and slice vandalia onion
and minced garlic. After meat pack tight repeat on top.
Never over tighten ring. leave lids in warm water to activate seal.
When putting in pressure canner only enough water to shoulder on jars.
Put on high boil for 10 minutes release pressure then add weight on top
75 min.cook time.
serve with Ritz crackers warm or cold.
