I really should know this but I dont.
Ive seen these, ive rrplaced these, ive drleted these with adverse affect. The Gasket Baffle...What is their purpose?
The Float needs height to clise so i dont see a purpose.

Don't have a carb in front of me to verify, but it likely keeps gas from coming out the bowl vent when the engine isn't stationary.
