I seen this at a car, truck, tractor show. It didn't have a for sale sign on it but I thought it was interesting. And, just about everything can be for sale if the right price is offered.
That is an early Struck mini dozer.

I take it somebody just happened to put an IH emblem on the grille.
Instead of all that trouble, just put a dozer blade on the front of a cub cadet. At least it would look better. ;)
