I have been working on the starter generator on the 149 and noticed that the read drive shaft flange is loose. Is anyone making a clamping flange ? The shaft is good yet unlike my 1250.

Worn shaft and or coupler then.
Probably caused by distorted/damaged rag joints.
It the input shaft is worn you will have to replace it. Or bore the coupler and install a custom bushing if you cannot find a replacement

Funny thing the thin ply has held well when my brother in law couldn't keep a double joint in a 1650.
