It appears that the 1023RD must be a NON-North America model. I do not have any info on it in my resources. The only hits I get doing an internet search are in Europe and New Zealand, with most hits being from New Zealand. It appears that it is a current model or at the oldest a 2009 model. The RD in the model name means Rear Discharge.
