Nice idea. The grill covers are pretty good as far as waterproof material.
Bungees or not a wind will pull it off. I made this cover. I grabbed the sewing machine and customized it to fit down the front snuggly. Put a strap along the back (not seen in pic). I thought i had it all under control. Nope. When this old girl had to be outside, i still had to put ropes around the whole tractor. Sometimes i still found it sll tied up bit on the ground.

Yeah, any really high wind will whip it about, but it's surprisingly "heavy" as in the material isn't lightweight.Yeah, until the wind blows
Also, I put it over the seat only, then leaned the seat forward enough, hooked the bottom under the fenders and pulled any excess from the top to drape over the hood, with hopes of preventing snow from getting on the dash. So far, so good. Today's supposed to be pretty windy, so we'll see how it's holding up when I get home.
This spring, I'm putting up a pallet shed for all my Cub stuff.
