The head bolts will need to be under the baffle as well. It may be less work to get the head baffle from a 108/109/128/129/149, which is presumably what that head came from. To use the 'short boss' head, the bolts need to be proportionally shorter by the difference between the boss height on the old vs new head. Looks like the 128 uses 1.5" long bolts at the locations where a stud is not used, so that is likely what you need. Trust but verify. Get some new Grade 8 bolts and heavy Grade 8 washers and the correct head baffle and you should be set to go.
