I am looking for tires for my 126, I plan on using this to plow/work my garden, push snow, and mow my yard a little(already have a mower but still want to use the 126) I have a concrete driveway so chains are out of the question for pushing snow. I was thinking rear ag tires but I am unsure what size I need to purchase.

Thanks,

Based on the pics posted in your other thread, you have 23x8.50-12 rear tires and 4.80/4.00-8 front tires.

For the front, this is probably what you want since you say you don't want a turf or lug tire:

Rear is a bit more open-ended. For your situation, your existing turf tires and 2-link chains would be the all-around best choice. Unless your concrete driveway is fairly new, you will struggle to see marks in it as long as you don't sit there and spin a tire with chains on it. You will need enough weight to keep from spinning. Most any tire will be useless if there is ice unless you have chains. They also make chains with rubber bars. I have heard of people having good luck with them, but I have not personally used them, and I remain skeptical if they'd be effective on a sheet of ice.

I am leaning towards a set of these, or similar Carlisle Versa-Turf, for my 782. I have heard good things about them, including them working well in snow without chains. I suspect as they age and get hard they will not work as well in snow.
