ART - It's tough to "Scale" a picture, but that looks like a Cat 1 3-pt attachment, the lower draft arms look too wide compared to the 42 inch width to be a 20 inch cat 0.

I cant believe the last picture, which is pictured up-side-down BTW, is OEM though. I sure wouldn't set these chain links on a fiberglass dash or metal hood and wrap the cable around the frame to cinch it. What a mickey mouse set-up!!
MY guess is there is a support missing that fastens onto the front foot rest bolts that the windshield frame sits on. I just haven't had time to mess with it to see what I could fab up.

David S. and Kraig: Here are the pieces I have to the Sims cab. Looks like I'm short quite a few pieces. I can't even figure out what the two long supports are for. Looks like I'd have quite a bit of time fabing up the remaining parts.
