That is WILD,,
I would love to be in the seat of that chuging down a 300 foot drive with about 6 inchs of white stuff

Very cool. My $0.02 make it to attach to the standard 42"-54" sub frame, replacable cutting edge, sprig trip it, put plenty of radius on it and maybe 16' on the shot and only 32" on the tall side. I don't know/think you would have the speed you need to curl up the snow on the 38".

I was going to make it just a straight mount, but now it will pivot on the side 20 degrees, and hopefully the mount system will allow it to be easily adaptable from any garden tractor to a small car.... we will see how it turns out.

Aaron,

Glad to see you added the angle....no point in making a big tapered wing without some angle to roll the snow off.

Got the back braces and the blade side mount cut today, tacked them on.

Maybe get a little more done yet tonight....

Aaron , I bet that snow blade would work some slick on my 129 loader . Dang shipping would be a killer to here.

And i got a little more done tonight. It is mounted, pivots, and is almost ready for the cutting edge, upper flange, hoses and then a test try. I have no idea how good it will work or if it will even work at all.... LOL It was just something that I wanted to try. Hope to test it in some light snow soon. Will definitely make a video...

Don, yea that would be a pretty penny especially if we used UPS!! Get me your tractor for a week and I build you one. Something like this has to be built tractor / loader specific. Im thinking a V-Plow next and maybe a non-loader application....

Aaron-
That thing is sweet! I bet it's going to work very nice. I wonder if it would work even better if there was a way to get a bit more ground speed out of your tractor? I know sometimes when I plow with a standard front blade, I wish I could get more ground-speed to get just a bit more "throw" for the snow.

It would be neat to get enough ground speed so that you could really use the top corner of that blade. That would be a sight to see!

Again, GREAT job!
