You guys have obviously never watched any of the Fast and Furious franchise. "NOS" is what makes your tractor go all CGI, turn 10,000 rpm, jump bridges, escape the cops, and return the the shop with out having and signs of use on it...

Oh, and it comes in a blue bottle and must be mounted in the most obvious place possible. Like the hood or passenger seat.

How much NOS you guys got!?

Thanks Charlie. I do like to use NOS for my cub. It goes real fast. LOL

rain, rain, rain here so cubs are in hibernation

Ditto Jeff. I'll be in shed tomorrow, my Easter gift from CC specialties arrived

Geez, would you guys keep the static down, maybe even make sure you've got a resistor plug in your Kohlers. I'm trying to tune my IH Radio to WNAX 570, my favorite C&W station out of Yankton, SD.

OK, I understand the concept.... but how on earth were you supposed to hear the radio with the engine and deck running...... these tractors aren't the quietest out there.......

Scott N.
If you've never been around a tractor radio, it's hard to comprehend.
BUT!
Believe me, you can hear it just fine!

And so can the people 5 miles down the road in either direction.

Scott - well if you don't have a "Quiet Line" series tractor you can always use the headphone jack.

By the looks of that cjick in the last picture, they must have a mole problem in that yard.

BTW. I waa gonna order some chicks at the farm store the other day, they had a big sign in the window "order your checks here".

But the gal at the checkout said I was too damned old for chicks!!

Harry, why do I truly believe you still have one of those tractor radios installed ? Anyways...do they still broadcast Paul Harvey on AM these days ?

Amy - only re-runs (er, replays). "And now for the rest of the story".

Had one just like the last one Kraig posted on the fender of the IH 656. My grandfather would loaf along at about 1/4 throttle cultivating 3 leaf corn with a front mounted 4 row wide cultivator listening to the Cubs game.

Like Charlie said, 1/4 mile away at the house you knew what the score was and who was up to bat!!!!!!

Dad has the one on the right in the "surround yourself with sound" ad. He has it on the 1456 tractor with straight stack and you could hear it fine at pto speed hauling manure. You could hear it even better standing a ways away.
