You would need a CC or a CW 36 for a 100 or a 70.
I should have known because I bought a CW 36 a few years back to put on mine but never have.
I have a BB36 on my O

When you put headlights on an original will the hood when in open position will it rest against the headlight brackets?

Brian, I think that is a Brinly assist and not an IH piece.

Tim, yes it will. Unless you mount them lower than the installation instructions indicate.

David, correct. The Brinly spring assist mounts on the right side to the rear lift bar. The IH spring assist mounts on the left side and connects to the lift rockshaft.

Anyone have a picture of the correct routing for the negative wire form the battery on an Original??

I don't know how "correct" this is considered, but I just went from the battery to the rear most mounting bolt on the S/G with copper lugs on welder cable.

On a side note, the welder cable is nice because it's plenty big enough, but also more flexible than standard wire because of the fine strands inside.

Correctomundo on the Brinley spring assist. Picked up an entire box of Brinley parts from my IH dealer for $25 and it came with this and other random Brinley parts.

Aaytay—the picture you posted, I noticed rear wheel weights on the inside and outside of the rim. That’s a good idea. How common was this?
