Donald T: I had that honor this past year at RPRU when I managed to get to Wisconsin from Texas... Don't miss the chance..You will enjoy Kraig in person even more than you do here on the forum... Get him to bring his friend Art Aytay along also -another super nice guy who was also there at RPRU.

DAVE R. - re: tilling with a hydro, to be perfectly honest, I've never seen a GD w/creeper tilling, but I suspect even in 1st gear W/creeper it would be too fast for some if not a lot of conditions. My Buddy with a 317 & tiller used to till my garden, neighbor with a 216 did too once. I ran Dad's 129 & tiller "Cultivating" his sweet corn & potatoes.

Like My Cousin told Me once, the tractor just runs the tiller and holds it back from running across the yard.

Time my neighbor was tilling my garden there was a Canadian Thistle root I hadn't dug out deep enough. The tiller hit the root and lifted the whole back of the tractor up and forward about two feet. The look on the neighbor's face was pretty amusing!

If a person would fall plow a garden, then till in the spring I think a GD would work O-K. But tilling without a creeper, I wouldn't want to try it.

Having said that, if you're ever in the area, consider it an open-invite to stop by and say "HI". It would be a pleasure meeting you in person to chat "little-yellow-tractors".

Oh, and the "beverages" are on me!

Art Aytay Well he might as well be on the list to. I would take the time to meet him. I would have to warn him that them Pan seat pads don`t stay on on a trailer. lol so I have heard here, I hope We all are here to try.

Don-
They stay on as long as Kraig doesn't get off the tractor while I'm pulling the trailer down the road!
