Hey Mike, good to hear you and Chris are doing fine and that Meow Meow is too. We sure feel bad about his bad eye. darn it all. I have an eye that isnt just right either, and it runs at times. Thats cuz I had such a bad eye infection when my mommy brought me out of hiding when I was a tiny baby. Mommy, human mommy, would take care of me everyday though, when my real mom, would bring me out once a day for doctor mom to tend to my eyes, but one has never been right. thanks for hollering.!

NEVER leave evidence behind, NEVER. get that thru your pretty little head, ok? snarf snarf..inhale guick..sounds like a snarf right? humans, when we make that sound, we are laughing..like you teehee, and haha's.!! anyways, you sure didnt look like you were busting a sweat when you were working in the flower bed, so what in the heck where you busy doing? NOTHING..nothing at all. I know. We are busy, regardless if we look like we aren't doing nothing. Looks like a good place to sit and think about things. Hows it going in the cubby garage? working away getting everything running? try NOT to dirty your pretty little self up to much.. snarf snarf!!
so hey hey Graygirl, Millie and BARRRRNEY..hey brother.!! so, you and sis stink up the place at night..snarf snarf..to funny. your dad sure gripes about it, huh? I do power poops once in awhile too, and mom has to turn on the exhaust fan..teehee. She dont think its funny. She's learned to not inhale. snarf!! So, really gang, I know we are meant to be " hunters" but around here, the only thing we can hunt and play with is TOYS. fake mice and feathers...whooopee.. nah, its fun, but I prefer plastic spoons. I can pick they up and flip them really cooly. you should see me? well with killing? around here, ummm, it is NOT permitted. I got in huge trouble when I chased a ground squirrel and accidentally killed it. I didnt MEAN to just my wild african panther came out.!! I felt sooo bad, and dad was soooo mad at me. It is our nature, but I have been taught NOT to. I dont even look twice at the birds nor the bunnies or squirrels. they are all my friends. Thats why I love going for truck rides, so daddy can count how many I see on a trip. I get so excited when I see them. I give him a huge head bump everytime I hollar BUNNY!!! SQUIRREL!! and yeahhh, I do hollar it. so you know that every mothers day I go out and catch a baby bunny and bring it to mom? I have done it every single year since we have lived here. I won't tell how I know it is mothers day, but I do it every year. that really freaks out mom and dad.
Oh Wayne, when you use the welder, you might want to make sure the kids aren't around. Not good for their eyes, which are far more sensitive then human eyes.
So Marty, everyone here is sooo sad to here about your daughters Tiger. When mommy read about Tiger she started to cry. She hurts for every furkid and anyone who is going thru such pain. We have all been keeping everyone in our prayers. We know how hard this is. We are so so sorry. tell her that, ok? And it is good to hear that Sparky is doing better. It can be a rough road out there being a feral cat. you have such a big heart, giving Sparky a forever home. Good to hear good news.!
Kraig..snarf snarf..we black kids are hard to take pics of, huh? looks like your black kitty looks like our Tootsie? So, you have anew addition to the family..this kitty found a NEW family, like Tootsie found daddy and he brought her home to us! thats cool. Tootsie had to make a long trip in the truck though to get to her home, but I bet your black kitty has walked a long ways to find YOU.!! oopps on Selah and blacky fighting. Maybe you could bring out items that have the kitties scents and your scents on them so the new one could get use to the smells? We hope it all works out.

I took some pics of the kids. I had gotten a scratcher/seat for the kids and the never used it. I moved it into the dining room and finially yesterday I caught Annie sitting on it They love to be UP on things in the dining room. Also have a church pew which everyone loves, a laundry hamper with a towel on top, which is Tootsies roost, cept when Annie graps dibbys and also a large decorated tin can that holds cat litter..which they sit on..guess my kids are all UP kids..or tree dwellers? lol

David, what great pics of Pumpkin! Talk about a " pose".? Your kids sure do ham it up for the camera. I do think they like having their pic taken. Around here, when I am snapping a pic of someone, who ever else is around will look at me like " hey hey now, I"m Pretty TOO you know?"..take my pic too, and often it seems they do strike a pose.
Scott, lol on the camera flash. Yeppers on it bothering their eyes. I have to say a camera flash bothers mine too, and who can't remember as a kid being told NOT to squint or close your eyes? I do. Tootsie is notorius for squinting or completely closing her eyes, so I was suprized the other day when in the one pic, she wasn't. I suppose because she chose to look down and not at the camera? hahaha..
awwww Mike, what great pics of two handsome guys. I have to say that Meow Meow certainly has the expression of " royalty"...like I would be IT!! hehehe..he's such a beautiful guy..! I so enjoyed seeing the both of you veggin on the couch.
Fancy has been doing his power walks, although on the way back, he always has to stop and graze ( eat some grass). He knows the truck route down to the convenience store by heart anymore, and the other day we came home a different way and he got all excited,talking and carrying on.! I think he was chattering "Like where am I and why are we going home this way?"..and "why aren't we going straight home? I mean come on guys, I have breakfast pizze to eat!" hehehe...
Oh, I was telling Marlin about the post that Fancy did telling Princess to get it thru her pretty little head to NOT leave evidence around and when I was finihsed Fancy chimed in with a very vocal " yep". It was like, yep, thats what I said.!! eerie..so perfectly timed. It wasn't just a meow..nope a very clear " yeahh".!

Cath, love the emoticons! Yep.. we "HAD" been having a nice nap... getting ready to catch the race.. and then BAM! that blinding light and we had our eyes closed for the first one..

Kitty helpers to the rescue. We'll help you mom! Well, their intentions are good, but they get more in the way than helping. I decided to ' brave' my closet, a walk -in, this morning to see what was there, what needs to go the clothing share in the fall, And there was only enough room to walk in, stand in one place, turn the light on and then try to work. ADD two kitties to the mix, one who takes up more room then me I do believe, and oh heck yes, a lot gets ton in short order. NOTTTT. Then I managed to get thru the clothes, make new piles and I went into the dining room to use my new plastic clothes folder that I got the other day. You know those ingenious ones where you flip it a few ways, and you have nicely folded shirts, etc? Welll, guess who decided that HE needed to be on the dining room table helping? you guessed it, Mr. Helper Fancy. I felt so bad that he couldnt help, so had to put him down, as he was taking up all the space on the table and hence I couldnt fold clothes with him ON in..and he looked at me so dejected. Ok, so I'm doing Laundry, more of it, and I just came into the bedroom to get on the comp for a few to take a break as my back was starting to spasm and here is MR. FANCY now sitting on my lap. I guess he's my new laptop, but not in a neato computer but a very large black kittykid.!! He has never gotten on my lap when I am on the computer. I am wondering, what in the heck has gotten into him today? lmao. ( oh good, he just jumped down).
So last week they had a clothing share at one of the churches in town ( they do it 3 times a year) and that is where I get my clothes.) they get in really niceeee clothes ..FREE too. Since I have lost 50 lbs, I had only a few summer things Some of the tops even had the pricetag on them, and I got a pair of Carhart jeans for women, and they too had the tags still on them...So last week when I had two huge garbage sacks of clothes on the floor to sort thru to wash, of course then I had helpers. All 3 kids, Fancy, Hannah and Annie thought it was fun to play in them and then lay on them.. big sigh. I let them do their thing while I tried to sort. It seems it all makes it to be more work for me, but my kids are precious and I have all day to do what I have to do. At times maybe its better at a slower pace, but I am the type when I get in gear I gear it up and then go go go till I sit down and fade away in the wallpaper.I managed to find Marlin 14 knit shirts for work. (the pull overs with the collar and a few button type. There were actually a couple of Van Huesens in the mix and they are way to nice to wear to work. They say at work that marln dresses more like management then on the line. lol. Cuss, he never wears t-shirts. I got 10 pairs of jeans,summer pants, and 2 shorts in various weights and styles, 18 tops a robe and some summer pj's. Who knows I'm wearing used.?? once you buy new, once you wear it, its used, right? The share clothing is always in excellent condition/ newer jumk, or brand new, like I mentioned.
I can't believe the pile of clothes in the closet now, fall/winter stuff, plus stuff that doesnt fit, so will have to get my folder to compact down the pile into mini piles ( not today though) Fancy was back in there a minute ago being very busy, I think doing nothing. Oh, sorry, I mean he was really busy finishing up for me. hahaha
Oh, I got one of those attachments to clean my dryer vents too. Well, when I got that of course FANCY had to help. there I was, about standing on my head again, with my head in the dryer, holding a flashlight in one hand and trying to get the attachment down to get all the lint, and Fanc kept thinking he needed to look into the vent space and see if I was doing a good enough job. Boy, he's a worker. hahaha.
anyways, back to the kids. I was so proud of Fancy yesterday, When Marln got home from work Fancy wanted to go OUT..like he does every day when his daddy gets home. I had him out earlier and guess he forgot it was hot out. Anyways, Marlin was beat and so I took Fanc out. I said well, lets power walk, and boy did he I slowed my pace abit and he walked right beside me, never slowing down and when we got to where we were to turn around, he actually managed to turn himself around and head back to the house without missing a beat and he made it all the way back keeping up with me, and he never went to graze or collapse. That was a first.!! lol. I still thinks its humourouse that he won't POWER walk with daddy. Well, he will half heartedly, but not like he walks with me. I guess its OUR time/ Our thing. That black tail is straight up in the air with the tip bent..revealing a very happy kitty.
well, I guess my break is long enough. Back to folding what I need to fold.. and then find something else to do.
