Allen traffic shouldn't be a problem, heck, Santa gets through there twice a year

Have a cord of wood hauled in and unloaded.
1. Block it up.
2. Pile blocks.
3. Split blocked wood.
4. Pile split wood.
5. Move split wood to storage area.
6. Pile split wood at storage area.
7. Move split wood from storage area to woodstove.
8. Remove ashes from woodstove.
You've now handled that cord of wood 8 times.
8 x 26 = 208 cords

Good math, Frank. Heck, Charlie, handling the wood that much will keep you so warm you won't have to burn any of it!

Frank,
Split wood?
What's that!
No need to split anything.
The door for the boiler is going to be 34” wide x 24” tall.
I don't have the time nor the need to split anything.

1. Stacked by machine
2. Moved inside by the forklift
3. Cut the wood while on the forks
4. Load boiler
5. Empty ashes once every 2 months
6. Simple and easy for me

With my boiler the door is 23x23 if it fits thru and i can pick it up I toss it in no splitting required here either although i do split it if its fresh just to help it dry out ash clean out is about evry two months. very little double handling required.

I think what you guys need is a hydraulic lift similar to a battle ship for loading 16" shells.
Roll it on the lift
lift to breach
shove forward to load
close breach
FIRE, we got heat

I can see Aaron at Extreme thinking right now that he can do that with a hydro
