Luther: Try opening it in Paint and resizing the image at 95% H x 95% W. I suspect the file size is too close to the limit. I get good results at about 85 KB. I also find that Paint will save a picture at up to 1/2 the size of some of the other image editing programs (like Vueprint).

In fact, you might try just opening it in Paint and saving it again overwriting your previous file. I try that first, and downsize or crop from there.

We had a little rain last night and the Maple leaves are starting to turn red so I just had to take some photos this morning. I may have gotten carried away...
