I'm about to pull the motor on the new 1650 to fix the isomounts and do the cradle upgrade, and I need an opinion. Assuming the 4 mounts on top are ok, should I stick them on the bottom, and if so, get the Moog mounts listed in the FAQ, or get new ones from CCC, or just replace them all with new ones from CCC?

And also, what are the part numbers for the replacement Isomounts from Cub Cadet? I just looked at the parts lookup diagram for mounts and I'm now confused... I don't see where you can buy the rubber mount separate from the rail...

Christopher C.-

No, they're the same. You'd be surprised what people will do with something over the course of 30 years or so...

Brendon,
They are 26X12-12 Gators, a 6 ply 4-wheeler tire.
I loaded them with fluid and they weigh in at 75LB each.

Oh, and the fronts are 18 inch turfs.

Cleaning out the area behind the needle seat did the job. Thanks for the advice Digger!

Thom,

From your profile I see that you live n NC. As I also live in NC (Charlotte) I am sure you have the same heavy clay soil. I use a 38" areator with 120 pounds of lime stacked on top, my 1250 Cub does a great job.

Thom- I agree with Paul, as you should not have a problem. I've used both aerator and plugger with my 1250 and 149. Both filled with water.Even in this fine NC clay you can boggy along!!
