Art,
I think there are two different mowers for the Cub's. A 5' finishing mower and a 4' "bush hog" type mower. I have the 4' "bush hog" type. I think it is only good for mowing tall stuff and small twigs. Like making trails through the tall grass or woods.
That's just my 2 cents.

Here's another random photo of what I did this weekend.

The boys from Rockford, Il,,Where did they play

Jeff,
Fort Wayne, In. down town at Headwaters park.
Cheap Trick was my first concert I went to back in 1980. Oops does that show my age?

This was the 3rd and prolly last time I'll see them. It was a good night.

Shultzie, only a year before my first concert, Rick is not shy about walking around Rockford, i've seen him many times on the streets

SHULTZIE - The 4 ft is actually 42 inches IIRC... still PLENTY big for a Cub in some conditions. It only has one big blade. The wider mower has three IIRC.

You can mow the lawn nice with the bush hog 42", heck, I've even trimmed the barn yard years ago with a 6 ft Brillion rotary chopper.

Travis said that the park dist in Rockford IA had a Lo-Boy (154) that they ended up putting an 18 or 20 hp Kohler on the drawbar to drive the deck..........THEN it was a real mower.

Dad has a 185 that handles the 5' Woods deck OK, but it's no powerhouse. My 782 (Mag 18 with 54" deck) or ZTR (18hp Liquid Kaw, 54" deck) will mow circles around it. Does just sip the fuel though, and works well for mowing his big front yards (PD Parking lots).

Shultzie,

Looks a little like Junior Brown's "Guit-Steel" .......

Steve,
I had to google Junior Brown's Guit Steel to know what the heck you were talking about.

Cathleen, thanks.

Jeff, nice skull! I have the camera set to take a 5 photo burst and there are several nice series of them running back and forth in front of the camera. I picked that one photo because of the two playing.

The radar of the Mayflys Wow. Oh goodness, I got the creepies just looking at the swarns. Wondering if any human outside during that time was overwhelmed like the non-animate things?
