Matt, I will get the pics up when I start my "resto-mod" project. Right now I am just going through the mechanicals and getting them right. I mowed about an acre, right before dark, when I got my deck redone this afternoon.

Paul, You are correct,I do have the "sleigh type subframe, and I found the stud that a lift arm connects too, and can see through the frame, clutch housing, etc, but it is not a perfect alignment. I tried a cable just to see if I could get it to function with what I had laying around, and it would, if the cable wasn't rubbing on the main drive belt...

Guys I've got a question about Front PTO clutches. This weekend my clutch gave up the ghost on my model 125. So tonight I braced myself for a fight getting the assembly of the shaft in 15 degree weather. To my surprise all the set screws backed right out. One hole was tapped oversize by a previous owner. After one trip inside to warm my fingers the whole assembly slid right off. Was I pleasantly surprised

Is it normal to find all the lugs on the friction sheared off? Mine gets hard use snow throwing especially when clearing some of the areas of snow that have hardened up. I also don't know when it was last replaced. I just thought I would ask in case I have something else going on before I put it back together tomorrow. Got to do it tomorrow as I am worried about snow coming and the "daytime" temperature late in the week is supposed to be in the single digits ouch! I'm also thinking I should use never sieze when I put the set screws back in.

Don T, my 54" blade when i angle to 45* the blade is 2" off the ground , but when i put it down i is level with the ground .I have power angle if that changes any thing.

jim L, thanks i think i got this straight here now. I just did not know if the cutting edge of the blade should be ahead or back from enter. With it ahead when angled the leading edge of the blade will cut in ,so i will measure now the blade to ground level and the the bottom of the subframe on the Cub to get this blade to work they way i think it should. Power angle will be installed later when the 129 loader has been completed and the quick attachments are added to the bucket and the blade. Thanks for all your help guys and giving me a better Cub to use and enjoy. later Don T

Jason, nice find. Looks to me like you're already ahead of the game. It's got fenders, reflectors may be intact, and a usable pan seat.
