Very Nice Dan

Hey Dan!
Last time I saw/talked to you was when we were leaving the RPRU in Rantoul. Can't beleive it's been that long.

Dan,

Very nice to hear from you again!!!

...I remember some fun slot track action after a tour of an awe inspiring shop....many years ago!!!!!

Here's a pic of Dan's new shop.

Dan, Glad to see your back. Do you still have the Mustang??? Also, How do you get the top three cubs off the storage table? Do you have a hydraulic table to drive them on and then lower it, or do you have ramps. Either way its a great way to store them . I know my wheels are turning to build something like that.

Dan-
I'll second what the others say. Good to see you here!

Chris-
I see a vehicle under a car-cover in one of Dan's photos. I bet that's a Mustang under that cover...

Don T - if you re-read Steve, Mr. Plow's post, you will note he did say "On the xx9 tractors the lever will likely need to be shortened and a new hole drilled". So the QL clamp version connector is not a straight forward fix. That lever has to work in 2 directions - pull and push. Off hand, I suppose if you compare the QL version to the 1x9 version, line up the holes where the lift lever handle goes thru, you should be able to tell how much shorter the QL part needs to be, and where you need to drill the new hole to connect the chain link - no guarantee on this tho, since I don't have anything to compare or confirm this works, and maybe what Steve's was referring to when mentioning the hardest thing to do was describe it on here.

Richard R. Johnson - Welcome to the Forum. See you're located in LA. Geez, is there really any CC units in LA besides your 125. Unfortunately the hydraulic lift on your 125 was an optional feature and fairly rare. I never had one myself on any narrow frame unit, and cannot speak to your needs. Hope someone else on here notes your post and need for info on the clevis. I see/hear stories about these units being rebuilt and suspect your need is not the first someone has made that part. If you can post a pic it might help.

Charlie - now on that pic of Dan H's new shop, I noticed all those outside lights are on. Did someone forget to flick the switch, or is that part of some type of high tech 24/7/365(+1 during leap year) monitoring system?

I think Steve is talking about the 149 and that is the tractor I bought the clamp for. Charlie sold me that 3 yrs ago I have not installed it yet. I will do it some day to get rid of the slack that is there again in the lift handle.

five working days left for the wife ! Life for me could get interesting lol.
