Ok,so I took apart my mower deck yesterday and I noticed the tension pully looks like its missing a bearing or something in the middle of it...Does anyone know if it has a bearing or maybe have a picture I can see ? Ty

BTW,I have a 42" deck that come with the 104..

I was wondering if any of you guys on here have bought a clutch disc off ebay? I'm sure you know who I'm talking about on there, they just started selling the 6 pin discs. IF you have or know somone that has one did you/they like it? thanks

Amy, I don't have a good photo of it but there should be a bearing in that idler/tension pulley. I believe it is captive to the pulley so you'll need a replacement pulley.

Ok I ordered a new pulley so I know theres a couple springs on this,is there a special way I should take the old pulley off without snapping a finger ?

Here's a dealer sticker that is on my 70 for whoever is keeping track of such. Looks like it may have been traded in on something cuz it looks like there is another under it.

Don T,

The subframe on the right is the correct subframe to use on you 125 with the pictured 38" or 42" mower deck. The other three subframes are the hunchback style for 44" or 50" decks used on wide frame models. On your 147, if you install a spring assist with the electric lift, it will be able to easily handle the weight of a rear mounted tiller and minimize wear and tear on the electric lift.

The 147 had a series of firsts for Cub Cadets. It was the first model to use the 14 hp K321, the first to use electric lift as a standard feature and the first to come w/standard factory installed headlights.
