Hello: I am a new member from Ms. i have a new (to me) 1711 Hydro. I also have a '75 IH 108 that I have had since 1979. It has about 1 M hours on it. I restored it several years ago. the 1711 has two rear hubcaps (which need to be replaced) but not the front ones. Is there a source for these hub caps? Tks

Of course they will, the trouble is finding them. Measure your old one and start searching.

Cub cadet specialties has hub caps. I don't know if he has the chrome ones, but he does have a nice complete set of cub hub caps I've been looking at myself. There is a link at the top of this page to his web site.

The set you linked is the later plastic caps. The part numbers referenced are for the correct for 1985 plain chrome plated caps. Did not see a different part number for the complete set of four.

That makes sense. I didn't realize the chrome ones were oem. I always assumed they were just parts store caps. Do you happen to know when they changed from chrome to plastic? My 1862 had a full set of chrome ones when I bought it. I'll have to look at them too see if they are marked mtd anywhere on them.

My 1986 1811 came with them and they were very quickly removed. I did not see any markings on them.
